Deb Buschena has been selling real estate since 2007. In 2012, I became a   Owner /Broker of Hometown Realty of Jackson County, LLC.  My husband John and I have lived in Jackson for 31 years raising our three children: Matthew, Phillip and Abby.  I enjoy the challenge of  working with clients to find the right home for their needs.  If you have a real estate dream, we have a real estate team!

Having been involved in Real Estate since 1989, I have seen many changes in the industry, but one thing that has not changed is the joy I feel in helping our customers and clients achieve their real estate dreams. While in this profession I have had the privilege of servicing all areas of the business starting in Sales, then moving into management, along with handling the real estate closings.

On a personal note, my husband Kent, farms south of Jackson, and we have four very busy daughters-Britney, Bailey, Jordann and Carson, so you may see us out and about at many of the JCC sporting events. 

I grew up in Jackson and it definitely gave me a great appreciation for small communities.  After graduating from JCC in 2008, I attended college at Concordia in Moorhead, MN, and graduated with a degree in Communication and Public Relations with a minor in English Writing. My husband, Caleb, farms near Lakefield and we have 3 busy children. I have been in Real Estate since 2017 and I'm grateful to have joined such an experienced & knowledgeable team! I enjoy helping my clients find their dream property or sell their beloved home.

I grew up on my family farm outside of Lakefield, MN . After receiving my Marketing degree from the University of South Dakota and working in Yankton, SD for a few years, I am happy to return to my home roots! My husband Adam and I found our home in rural Alpha where we raise cow-calf pairs. I am so excited to kick-start my real estate career and help you find your home sweet home.
